Normally, HR tends to stay behind the scenes, away from the public eye. But since joining the team at MCH Global, working alongside some of the most passionate professionals in the industry, I feel compelled to share a few reflections from my first 100 days.
From day one, I became part of a powerhouse of industry experts and creative minds. What stood out immediately was how openly both creative and delivery processes are shared — not just to show what happens behind the scenes, but to inspire collaboration, curiosity, and mutual respect. Ideas and inspiration flow freely, with a subtle reminder: pay attention to the world around you, not just the task list in front of you.
I’ve joined an organization that strikes a unique balance between global structure and the kind of flexibility that empowers people to go above and beyond. As someone who believes in people-first HR, I’m proud to be a puzzle piece in this ecosystem — designing initiatives that foster connection and a growth mindset. From immersive “class-trips” like TeamLab Phenomena to creative storytelling sessions at Design Jam, we’re building experiences that bring people together.
Looking ahead, I’m excited to keep amplifying the human side of our work. My focus remains on enabling talent, strengthening culture, and creating space for meaningful engagement across departments. There’s much more to come — and I’m just getting started.
