MCH Global had a strong presence at the Middle East Event Show 2026, with three team members taking the stage across two days to share perspectives on event design, community building, and international growth.
Day 1: Designing for Virality, Then Building Community
The Seminars Stage opened with Ninoshka Cardoz, Associate Creative Director at MCH Global, joining a panel on “Viral Events: Designing Experiences That Travel the World.” The session unpacked how the most shareable event moments are engineered through intentional creative choices, from format and pacing to the visual hooks that make a moment worth capturing, rather than left to chance.

Later that evening, Shaikh Fahad, Marketing Manager at MCH Global, moderated the Main Stage panel “Creators, Communities & the Future of Engagement,” alongside Sharon Philip (Creative Lead at xNDigitize), Daniel Andrews (CEO of PurpleGlo), and Sujoy Cherian (Founder and CEO of Option 1 Group).
Structured as a moderated Q&A followed by an open floor, the discussion covered influencer-driven event marketing, community-first event design, creator partnerships that go beyond one-off promotion, digital fandom and hybrid audience engagement, and monetisation within community ecosystems.

Day 2: Taking a Dubai-Built Business Global
Day 2 closed with Saheba, Global Head of Strategy and Experiential at MCH Global, taking the Main Stage for “Taking Dubai to the World: How to Enter New Markets and Expand Your Business Internationally.” She was joined on the panel by Tricia Jimenea (Managing Director and Co-Founder, Comco Middle East and Africa), Naomi DSouza (Founder and CEO, xNDigitize), Abdulrahman PV (Marketing Manager, Altkamul Robotics), and Ben McDonald (Director of IP and Business Operations, Stories by Zinaida). The session drew on lessons from scaling a Dubai-built business into new markets, offering a practical playbook for founders and marketers looking to expand regionally and beyond.

The Big Takeaway
The team’s participation reflects MCH Global’s continued visibility as a voice in the region’s events and marketing industry, with representation spanning creative, marketing, and strategy leadership across all three sessions. It’s a reminder that the same thinking behind MCH Global’s award-winning work, from Icons of Porsche to the MAC x Sephora launch that drew almost a million Instagram views, is the thinking the team brings to stages across the industry.
